Janet Heald died of cancer at the age of 49 in 1994, I presume. She was my first "girl friend"; I had known her pretty much all my life, since my parents and hers were very good friends. I had a chance to reminisce with her folks when they were visiting my Dad and step-mother in Connecticut a few years back.
