Lynne Eggleston passed away sometime ago. We Lynne and I kept in touch over the years, mainly by phone and letters, since most of her life she lived in California. On our last visit, we met in Florida at her mother's house. We had a wonderful visit talking about our River Dell days and our lives then. Lynne was a registered nurse who had many jobs in the nusing field and headed the ward most of the time.
Lynne was married five times and had three children and one grandchild. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend. She was married many years to her last husband, Micheal Cowdrey, who is a lawyer in California. She looked wonderful. All of you would have recognized her immediately.
She died a year ago as the result of an automobile accident. Her daughter called but I was unable to go to her funeral. I sent the children a long letter about how special their Mom was to me. I miss her.
